Brayden is up to his old tricks again!  Mild Italian sausage made from ground chicken!  Our customers have been asking for this for some time now, and we are finally at the place where we have enough chicken to make this excellent sausage.   Ground chicken is so versatile!  It makes the most delicious patties; form them into the sizes you need and throw them into a hot skillet, flip, and voila!

I also love this sausage in pasta sauces and meatloaf, but you can use it anywhere you use pork sausage—12.50 lb.
