Breakfast Chicken Sausage
Brayden is up to his old tricks again! Maple and Brown Sugar Chicken Sausage. To be fair, our customers have been asking for this for some time now, and we are finally at the place where we have enough chicken to make this excellent sausage. Ground chicken is so versatile! It makes the most delicious patties; form them into the sizes you need and throw them into a hot skillet, flip, and voila!
My second favorite way to use this sausage is to make biscuits and gravy. Brown in a skillet and add 1/4 of butter and 1/4 flour (arrowroot or Bob's Redmill 1:1 Gluten-Free Flour) and add milk until desired consistency is achieved.
