Whether I slow cook it in stews or grind it up in the food processor to make my own thick-ground for a twist on pasta with a Bolognese sauce, I know that my family is getting the highest amount of CLA's in the disguise of comfort food! My favorite lamb stew recipe comes from Patricia Mills. It consists of lamb stew meat, carrots, onions, a full bottle of full-bodied wine. Cover everything in the wine and let it sit for 24 hours. Cook it all nice and slow and serve it over pasta. 13.50 lb.
