Our Italian Sausage links are milder than our Smoked Fennel sausages, with a slightly less heavy fennel presence.  I use this sausage to help with emergency dinners (families stopping by unexpectedly with empty tummies) by adding a pound to plain ground beef for quick meatloaves or Italian Tomato sauce over pasta.  Just open up the casings and mix with ground beef.  No need for spices!
