These are a more grown-up version of our Zesty Italian sausages.  Smoky, fennel-ly, and delicious, cooked alone, sliced and put into beans, or taken out of the casing and added to sauces.  There's nothing quicker than my "Farm Famous" meatloaf.  Forget about measuring all the spices; just mix 1lb of Smoked Fennel Sausage with 1lb of ground beef, a couple of eggs, and oats or bread crumbs.  Mix and cover with ketchup and a bit of apple cider vinegar, and you are ready to go.   Bake in a 350F oven for about an hour and serve.$8.50lb
