Our batts are triple-carded for a beautiful spinning experience.  Just tear off a strip and spin.  The ease with which these batts spin up makes them perfect for beginning spinners.  

I dyed this lambswool roving in a fresh leaf indigo dye-pot dry in order to obtain a varying degree of indigo shades.  This is not just blue and white though!  When it's spun up yo will see shades of lavender from the sections that took up only the last bits of dye left in the pot after all the blue indigo was exhausted.
