We are big on soup bones here on the farm, so we keep three types of bones available. We will send you beautiful meat soup bones with plenty of meat, great for soups or stock if you don't specify. Let us know if you are a serious stock connoisseur, and we will send a variety of neck, marrow, and soup bones to enhance the base for all your soup, stock, and sauce recipes. $5.50lb. Approximately 2lb packages.
A freezer with bones or bone broth just isn't worth keeping cold! I like to keep several different types of broth available for whatever I happen to be cooking. Beef bone broth is always at the top of the list.
