Beef Tenderlion Steak with Blue Cheese Topping

Ingredients
- 2 1.5 inch thick Beef tenderloin
- 1 large Garlic clove halved
- .5 ts Salt
- 2 ts Fresh parsley chopped
Toppings
- 2 tbs Cream cheese
- 4 ts Blue cheese crumbled
- 4 ts Plain yogart
- 2 ts Onions minced
- 1 dash White pepper ground
Instructions
- Combine topping ingredients in small bowl. Rub beef steak with garlic. Place steaks onto rack in broiler so surface of beef is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 13 to 16 minutes. For medium rare to medium doneness, turning once. One to two minutes before steaks are done, top evenly with topping. Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
