Maple and Lime Ham Steaks
1/4 cup (packed) dark brown sugar or maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 7- to 8-ounce ham steak (about1/2 inch thick)
2 tablespoon butter
mix maple syrup and lime juice and smear on ham steaks Place in a bag and set in the fridge. After work, bring the steaks to room temperature while you prepare your sides. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the steaks. Cook about three minutes per side.
