CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
We have been forced to raise our minimum order for home delivery to $100 due to the high demand for our products during this Coronavirus outbreak. We are providing drive thru options at our farmer’s markets and drop off sites for smaller orders. We are trying very hard to limit our travel time away from the farm and delivering would become a full time job for both Brayden and myself if we delivered to each and every one of our wonderful customers.
If you are immune compromised or over the age of 70 please contact us and we will do everything we can to make sure you get everything you need.
It doesn’t get any easier to get our Farm fresh meats, dairy, eggs and River Cottage Farm Shop products than when we deliver them with River Cottage Farm’s FREE Farm to Front Porch Delivery service! Everyone seems to have a plumber, mechanic or lawn caretaker. Why not have your very own Farmer? We know you’re busy. Let us bring our Farm Fresh Food right to your door!
We hear you, load and clear! Our customers have been hinting for another option to purchase our products for some time now but when my dentist uses my checkups to put in a good word for home and office delivery it’s hard to ignore the fact that many people are just too busy to get to the farmer’s market on the weekend. So, run to the gym, the soccer field or maybe even sleep in on Saturdays, while all your favorite farmer’s market products are tucked away safely in your kitchen.
Each week, we’ll deliver our River Cottage Farm homegrown products right to your door. Any of our meats, milk, dairy products, and River Cottage Farm Shop items all delivered to you so you can now make breakfast Saturday mornings without changing from you comfy pjs and running to the market for milk, eggs and bacon. We are also working on a partnership with a local organic farmer to make fresh produce part of the offerings each week.
It’s simple. Just follow these easy steps to take advantage of our Farm to Front Porch Delivery service
Be sure you’re signed up for our weekly newsletter sent out via email every Monday morning. Through the newsletter you’ll be able to take advantage of weekly specials, deals and bundles available only to our Farm to Front Porch Delivery customers. You can opt in to the newsletter at the end of the survey at the bottom of this page.
Process your order through our online store or send it along in an email by midnight Tuesday. If you’re the forgetful sort, we’re happy to keep a standing order for you. Then, there’s no need to worry about getting your order in on time each week! Because we do not charge a delivery fee, we do require a $100 minimum order to help us cover the costs of this service.
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice with your order total if you wish to pay with cash or check at the time of your delivery. If you opt to pay by credit card, we’ll keep your card info on file, charge your card for your order and you’ll receive a sales receipt with your order total via email.
On your specific delivery day, we’ll personally deliver your order right to your door! And, there’s no worry if you’re not home. Just leave a cooler out on your front step each time you order so it is waiting for you when you arrive home later in the day. We must hear from you about payment of your order if you will not be home. You can leave a check in a cooler or give us a call with your credit card info. New orders placed will not be left without prior payment arrangements.
Now, keep in mind that we are located in Rockfield, KY and our Farm to Front Porch Delivery service is limited to the Rockfield and Bowling Green areas at this time.
If you are outside the above area, please be patient; we will add delivery areas as the need grows. Right now we also have drop off locations in Orlinda, Ridgetop, Green Hills, Downtown Nashville, East Nashville, and Franklin, TN.
